Flat roofing (Tar Roofing)
Flat tar roofs or liquid rubber roofs are not very popular in Virginia, this is because we get freezing temperatures in the winter and the roof material can crack then the next time it rains or when the ice thaws then you can get leaks.
If you have a flat roof though and don't want to put the investment into a new pitched roof then repairing your roof with more rubber may be your most affordable option. If that is the case then have us to the job right by applying a thick even layer of rubber down so that water and ice never get a chance to find their way in. We will also make your that your "flat" roof has a minor slope so that water will not pool. A small slope can make a huge difference and save a costly repair/replacement in the long run. |
